Health Safety Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) audits in the work area - Conduct safety briefings (Safety Talks) - Investigate workplace accidents or incidents - Perform periodic checks of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Identify the causes of workplace accidents or incidents - Implement preventive measures for workplace accidents or incidents. - Stay updated on developments regarding health, HSE, and environmental matters. - Stay updated on HSE regulations concerning environmental waste, health, and workplace safety QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health Or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field - Ability to work effectively both in team and independently - Proficiency in MS Office, CorelDRAW, and Prl.
